Cell Energy combines a blend of herbs and nutrients
that support the proper functioning of cellular activity
essential to maintaining health. Additionally it offers
protection against the ravages of free radical damage.
One of the theories regarding aging and disease progression
is based on the concept that each begins at the cellular
level. By supporting homeostasis (the balance of essential
life) within each of the trillions of cells, it is
believed that an individual can help insure a longer
and healthier life.
Indications for Use
Among the use of Cell Energy are the following
conditions:
Healing Process, Fatigue, Physical Exertion, Chronic
Illness, Healing Support, Adrenal Fatigue, Chemical
Stress, Muscle Weakness, Oxidative Stress
Formulation
Cell Energy was formulated to provide the extra nutrient
support needed during times when our body is faced
with the challenges of maintaining "the balancing
act" of health. Each nutrient was selected in this
vegetarian formula to support cellular function and
adrenal health.

Anti-Oxidant
Vitamin C and mixed Tocopherols are provided
within this formula to protect the same cells that
this formula is intended to nourish. It is important
to realise that it is at the cellular level that oxidative
damage begins which then can manifest as a notable
sign or symptom. Vitamins C and E both play important
roles in providing the strength and fluidity of cell
membranes.
Magnesium
Magnesium is crucial to cellular functioning in terms
of energy production, cell reproduction, and protein
formation. It is critical for energy-ATP production.
It also plays a vital role in the control of the sodium
and potassium pump. Without adequate magnesium intracellular
potassium levels decrease and the cell functions essential
for health maintenance become less efficient.
Potassium
Inadequate potassium most commonly results in feeling
tired, sluggish and unwell. This results from the
inability of proper cellular functioning. Accompanying
these symptoms is often muscular weakness.

Herbs
Kelp: Kelp is used by many, for its mineral
and trace minerals content, it contains nearly 30.
It is especially rich in iodine, calcium, sulphur
and silicon. Kelp is also a good vitamin source, containing
vitamins A, C, E, G and anti-hemorrhage vitamin K.
Kelp works with the glandular system of the body,
including the pituitary, adrenal, and in helping the
thyroid remove radiation from the body. The body's
metabolism is aided and kelp is seen as beneficial
during pregnancy.
Dulse (Rhodymenia): Dulse is a seaweed, similar
to kelp, but with a somewhat different nutritional
profile. Dulse has various trace elements that make
it a good nutritional complement to other minerals
and herbs.
Siberian Ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus):
Ginseng is a widely recommended female hormone as
well as male for regulation and for the stimulation
of mental and physical vigor - many consider it an
aphrodisiac. In China it is used to prevent aging
and it maybe effective in this regard since it does
supply or stimulate many of the hormones necessary
for well being. Siberian Ginseng is reported to help
the body to overcome mental fatigue, physical fatigue,
and stress. It Contains: vitamin A, E, B12, thiamine,
riboflavin, niacin; as well as the minerals calcium,
iron, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, manganese, magnesium,
sulphur and tin.
Licorice Root (Glycyrrhiza glabra): Licorice is
a natural source of the female hormone oestrogen,
yet its stimulating property is often used for impotency.
It contains glycosides which can chemically purge
excess fluid from the lungs, throat, and body, so
it is well known to assist the body in dealing with
coughs and chest complaints, as well as for increasing
endurance. Licorice contains: vitamins E and B complex,
biotin and niacin, phosphorus; pantothenic acid, lecithin,
manganese, iodine, chromium, and zinc.
Horseradish Root (Armoracia): Horseradish is
used for catarrh of the respiratory tract and as a
supportive herb for infections of the urinary tract.
Yellow Dock Root: Yellow Dock is one of the
best blood builders in the herb kingdom due to its
high content of easily digested plant iron. It improves
the flow of bile and acts as a laxative, aiding elimination.
It is good for the liver, spleen, gall bladder, and
consequently it is considered valuable for all skin
disorders. Yellow dock is high in iron, manganese,
nickel and vitamins A and C.
Horsetail: Horsetail is one of the best herbal
sources of silicon available. It interacts wonderfully
with calcium and helps calcium absorption. This in
turn keeps unwanted deposits out of the arteries.
It has been used to strengthen fingernails and add
gloss to hair. It is also high in selenium and contains
vitamin E, pantothenic acid, PABA, copper, manganese,
sodium, cobalt, iron and iodine.

Tips to Maximise Cellular
Function
Always allow your body enough rest and stress free
time to recuperate. Just like you feel better after
a rest, so do your cells. That means don't add unnecessary
cellular challenges to your day; for example avoid
smoking, drinking alcohol, chemical exposures, excessive
hours or other stressors. Also be sure to nourish
your body with the essential building blocks. That
includes a diet of fruits and vegetables, and supplementation
to make up for areas of deficiency.
